The Customer Service was excellent. From Susan Tan who worked with me in the purchase of the device and what would work for me.
To the CSR who had to make numerous calls to get my device activated, to the CSR who answered the device when I did my test call.
As I work in BPO industry I was totally impressed with how your personal provide outstanding customer service. A++++ to all personal who helped me.

I have only just received it today, so I haven’t used it yet.

But I tested it and it worked great! I want to thank Nancy for being so patient with me and helping me set it up! I find the pendant to be very touchy too, and have already set it without intending to!

My mom lives on her own and I was looking for a device that she could wear to keep her safe, while allowing her the independence that she wanted.

I contacted senior protection and they were very informative and helped me set up the device with my mom. Knowing that she is being protected in case she falls or needs help, has eased our minds.The unit was shipped out quickly, and with your help my mom was all set up in no time.

The Staff was great, and readily available when we had questions before and after setting up mom's watch. So happy we went with this company.

i searched online for an emergency pendant on the advice of my children. After calling 3 companies, Senior Protection was my choice for this reason:

The representative person Dave was so nice to speak with and he asked me the right questions, instead of pushing a certain product.

The smart watch seemed to be the best fit for me. So I took the leap and i am pleased so far with the outcome. The customer service team is always a pleasure to speak with.
