I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this company! Kristie in customer service was an absolute sweetheart.

She walked me through everything, answered all my questions, and made the whole process super easy. Then Mark, the technician, came out to set up my medical alert device, and he was just as awesome. He was quick, friendly, and made sure I knew how to use it before he left.
