"Terrible experience, stay away"

I recently signed up for Bell Smart Home Security and have been extremely disappointed with the experience. The installation process was frustrating from the start, the technician arrived significantly late without any notice. The salesperson I spoke with was difficult to understand, making it hard to clarify details about the system and contract, leaving me feeling confused and misled.

Worst of all, the system itself has been unreliable, with frequent false alarms that go off for no reason, including multiple times at night. These false alarms are disruptive and concerning, especially since I expected a reliable security solution. Despite reaching out to customer service, the issues persist, and I’m still waiting for a technician to resolve the problem, with long wait times for support, and i mean a very long wait time, with transfer from department to department.

I strongly discourage others from choosing Bell Smart Home Security. The combination of poor communication, unprofessional installation, and constant false alarms has made this a regrettable purchase. I’m considering switching to a more dependable provider.
